Crooked vintage Azilal runner

Vintage Azilal runner with a fuzzy surface, a striking colour scheme and a lovely crooked shape. The design features large diamonds and lots of small colourful flecks in red, purple, khaki, yellow and mauve.

It was most likely made in the ’90s, and interestingly, the knotted details in cotton and blended yarns stand out compared to the more felted mauve wool backing – giving it a 3D feel. A very cool rug, we can only recommend it!
