Our showroom

Yes! Our showroom is located at Art Quarter Budapest, 1222 Nagytétényi út 48-50. You’ll find the entrance next to Rózsavölgyi chocolate shop so you can grab some delicious chocolates after your rug viewing. Parking is easy in the courtyard.

We don’t have set opening hours, instead you can book a rug viewing appointment where you’ll have a one-on-one consultation. During this consultation we’ll talk about what you’re looking for, show you all the rugs we think you’ll love, and answer all of your questions.

Art Quarter Budapest is a 20- to 30-minute drive from the city centre. When you reach 48 Nagytétényi út, don’t turn right at the ‘art quarter project space’ sign, instead continue driving until the main gate at 48-50 Nagytétényi út. Turn right there and you’ll arrive to a spacious courtyard. Parking is free in the courtyard.

By public transport, take bus number 33, 114, 213 or 214 and get off at the Vágóhíd utca bus stop. We’re just a few minutes walk from there.

You can also take the train from Déli pályaudvar or Kelenföld and get off at the Budafok Háros station and walk a little from there.

You can pay by cash, card or wire transfer.

With our complimentary rug trial, you can take your choice of rug home to see if it looks just right in the space. If it’s not a keeper, simply bring it back and try another. You only pay for the rug once you’re 100% confident it’s the one you’d like to keep. Contact us via phone for the details.

Online shopping is also risk-free: if the rug is not “the one”, simply send it back in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund.

Yes. We work directly with Amazigh (Berber) artisans, so it’s possible to order rugs specifically to your requirements. We recommend this option if you’re not under time pressure as this process can take quite a long time.

We accept debit and credit cards in the webshop. If you’d like to pay by wire transfer, please contact us via email ([email protected]) and we’ll send you a transfer invoice.

If you’d like to change your order, please email us ([email protected]) and we’ll do our best to sort it out.


We ship everywhere in the EU. If you’d like to order outside the EU, please contact us and we’ll figure something out.

We ship free of charge within the EU. If you’d like to order outside of the EU, please ask for a shipping quote via email ([email protected]) before purchasing a rug.

After placing your order, it usually takes us 1-3 working days to process your order, package your rug and hand it to the courier. We’ll notify you via email if we anticipate any delays beyond this. GLS typically delivers the package within 2 business days in Hungary, but in most cases it arrives the next day. Delivery within the EU usually takes 2-3 business days after your order has been processed, but it is always less than 7 days.

You’ll get an email once the courier has your package, then you can track your package status via the GLS system using the information in the email.


If you’re not 100% happy with your order, you can use our 14 days return policy.

We offer a full refund on the rug, you only have to cover the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the returned item.

In case of damaged packaging, please contact us within three days upon receiving your rug via email ([email protected]). Describe the damage in a few words and attach some images where the damage is visible. Please don’t open the package before we’ve had the change to discuss the next steps.
