Pile knot rug with colourful diamonds

If you like colours, but use them moderately, then this could be the rug of your choice!

The diamond patterns and coloured zigzag border almost blend into the densely knotted, very light wool base. The weaver of the rug used many colours but because of the thinness of the lines, the overall effect is very subtle, nearly obre. We can imagine it in a children’s room, a bedroom, as well as a cheerful living room.

This rug was made in a village near Khemisset and is made of 100% wool on cotton warping with braided fringes on both ends.
