Little rug with blue-multicolour design

This rug is a big favourite of our with its gorgeous colour scheme. Wherever you lay it, it will definitely act as a statement piece.

It is adorned with three adherent lozenge chains filled with energetic colours. These are framed by dark blue lines on both sides.

At first the shapes may come across as a child drawing but on the contrary, the design is very much the result of a skilful handicraft process. The weaver matched the dark blue and harmonious rainbow colours with great sense of proportion. The rug is made of 100% sheep’s wool with hand-dyed wool patterning yarns and has fringes on both sides.
