Royal blue runner

This royal blue runner, with contrasting diamond mesh pattern, was hand-knotted by the wife of our interpreter. Fatima recently rediscovered her passion for weaving, a skill passed down by her mother, and she now creates a unique rug for each of our collections.

This special piece is based on a beloved rug design from the past, and we think it turned out beautifully. It is hand-knotted of dyed wool on cotton warping and has fringes on both ends.
