Monochrome Azilal with Amazigh motifs

This rug was hand knotted by two female weavers based on a previous rug made by one of them. This pair of weavers often work together and enjoy crafting more complex pieces like this one together.

The rug is medium pile and woven of rather dark natural wool as well as hand-dyed wool. It is fringed at both ends.
