Why we love it?
Restrained earth colours with contrasting blue, burgundy and black patches that are added with just the right sense of proportion: we love the overall effect of the colours on this Boujaad rug. It would be a good match with a leather sofa and marble coffee table or paired with teak furniture for example.
The surface of the wool is characterised by a short fibre length and a slightly felty feel, typical of new Boujaads. At one end it has short fringes, at the other end it is finished with long fringes.
** All our rugs are carefully hand-knotted. Each piece is completely unique, bearing the individual self-expression of the weaver woman as well as the weaving traditions of the tribes of the Atlas Mountains. We handpick each and every piece of our collection. Please note that Berber rugs are handcrafted products so you may spot minor imperfections. We think this only adds to their character and charm.
