Berber rug with rainbow lozenges

This gorgeous rug was made near Khenifra in the workshop of our new weaving partner. The rhombus patterns made of the colours of a rainbow are not typical for this region, however, the weavers once knotted the classic Azilal patterns at the request of a European customer and it has since become a part of their repertoire. We love it! The colour combination and design proportions look great.

This rug is a real mood maker. It could go in a playroom, a bedroom or even a fun-filled living room. In our physical store, we change our displays regularly, yet we realised that over the past few weeks, this rug kept getting brought out. We think its new owner will love it too!
