Beni Ourain with rainbow lines

Have you ever seen a rainbow without colours? This almost velvety Beni Ourain rug features a rainbow shape. The pattern was created using a special technique, omitting knots, and woven with the same coloured yarn as the rest of the rug. The result is an elegant rug, spectacular in its restraint that we can imagine in a more serious interior design setting.

The rug is medium pile and is hand-knotted using undyed wool on cotton warping.
